Name: Katani
Age: 3 years
Gender: female
Species: lion
Appearance: Though Katani doesn’t appear as those of the pride land lionesses do she could careless either way that her pelt is a few shades darker than some others. Her main pelt color is a dark tan color and it covers most of her body going down all four legs and tail. Her under side is more of a cream color with a hint of a light tan in it. Startling blue eyes bring most of the attention to her face, but the but the two triangular markings on the top of her head bring some of it there as well. Also on both her ears she has two identical stripes on them. The color of them are the same as the two on the top of her head, and the color being more so a chocolate color and slightly darker than the rest of her body. Also she has another triangular marking on the underside of each foreleg, and one on the lower part of her thigh near her knee cap on each hide leg. Near the base of her tail there are also two markings that seem to resemble that of old scars from someone’s claws ranking against it. Yes, the two at the base of her tail were from her mother because she had not been behaving during one of her lessons. The fur at the end of her tail is a brunette color and similar to the color of the markings on her body.
History: Growing up in the Outlands didn’t give you much excitement unless you attempted to not get caught or killed by the crocs, which littered the only source of water in the area. Though as a child she had been taught the hardships of life and what Simba had done them and learned to hate those in the pride lands. She also looked up to her brother, who when she was a cub was a young adolescent. And by the time she reached that age her brother had left the pride to hopefully start his own, though as life went on she learned the tricks of stealing from the pride lands food, and to do it without notice. Though her father was the first one to die in her family it had been because he was growing older, and a large croc had managed to drag him into the water drowning him. Her mother had died about a year later from a wound that had gotten infected while she was hunting. She had been found by some pride land lionesses and attacked as they chased her out of their home. This would be another reason why Katani hates the Pride Landers and fueled her anger towards them.

Though when it came to the day that Kovu was let to go get Simba’s daughter the whole pride was joyous and hoped that they would finally get an upper hand in the attempt to take the Pride Lands. But what no one saw Kovu and Kiara falling in love. When Kovu betrayed them it was devastation for the whole pride, but Katani took it more towards herself since she had grown up with him and Vitani and were all cubs at the same time. Also her younger sister was but an adolescent since their mother had died a little after she had turned 6 months old. While raising her younger sister Katani matured faster than some and seemed loyal to a fault almost but she taught her sister Daina to be loyal as well. To this day Katani waits for them to attack the Pride lands and get the revenge they deserve for all that had happened.

Personality: When it comes to other people describing Katani’s personality they would say that she was just a little bit insane. This would be because was very loyal to Vitani and the same could have been said when Zira was still alive. Katani is the kind of person to take orders and not ask questions about them if she trusted the person that was ordering her around. If it was someone she didn’t know, like, or trust, than you would defiantly hear her arguing and putting her point of view into the horde. Katani like other outlanders has a great dislike even hatred for the pride lands and believes that their pride should be the ones kicked out and should know the difficulty of living in a practically baron land. Also Katani can be a very cruel person when it comes to toying or tricking another person. This is because she doesn’t really care about others feelings, and really as of late the only person she watches her words for would be their leader. Otherwise she is perfectly fine with telling you how she feels and what she thinks about you right to her face.

Though underneath all this toughness is the kind person that just the way she had grown up did not allow. You could say that Katani has a split personality, but not many get to see her other side. The only person that did was her mother when she was younger, because before she began to understand the troubles of life she was as carefree as most cubs were at her age. All she wants is to prove she is worthy to those around her. But maybe someone could sway her back to her original self or the hardships of life had frozen her heart for ever.

Future Aims: Her future aims would be to help Vitani in taking over the pridelands.
