Shakia's reaction was the one that Vitani adored. It was almost cutely weak in her golden gaze. A Lion bowing his head to hide emotions from a banished Lioness is something you don't see every day in the Pride Lands.
She smirked proudly to herself and inspected the under side of her claws as she sat casually a few feet away. She had moved a little out of boredom and irritation at the distance between them. Her right fore-pad was lifted from the floor with the bony fingers of her paw flexed and stretched apart, claws protruding from behind the thick, golden brown fur that was about the same colour as Shakia's but darker than Misa's as all Outlanders' fur was.
Her back was gently curved as she sat in a lady like fashion. as Shakia muttered to himself about how much he was not like his father. He had been once; he had been a proud fighter, a loyal member of her Pride and one with a great mind, ability and strength... but he ran away. His father never spoke of him again... neither had Vitani.

"So, what were you too talking about?" Misa said circling Shakia, "Is it a secret? Ohh tell me! I'm great with secrets!" She said, getting excited. She said down halfway between Shakia and Vitani, looking at him and tilting her head wondering if he was going to tell her or not.

Shakia watched as Misa got excited. It made him grin a bit at how excited she got over his past. If she knew the truth would she still act the same as she was now? "Well...its...something i's rather forget. Its not something i'm proud of." He looked at Vitani wondering if she would reveal his past, pleading with her with his eyes. Who knew what Vitani would say or if she would say anything?

"Is it a secret? Oh tell me! I'm great with secrets!"
Vitani snickered silently to herself and curled her tail toward the fire orb who's rays were gently warming her fur and back. "You know and good tale when you hear half of one..." she smirked and grinned evilly as her parents used to do.
"Well...its...something i's rather forget. Its not something I'm proud of."
Her grin broadened across her maw as the fur lifted and tickled the back of her neck and ears. Her curved auds twitched upward in alert or excitement. Shudders ran down her smooth spine and her claws lightly scraped the ground in glee, "Oh, I remember it like it was yesterday... there he was, the proud son of a well respected member of the Outlanders... fighting for his pride and the loyalty of the pack. His heart as strong as ten buffalo and his mind faster than a gazelle being chased by a cheetah," she snorted a sneer and began to circle Shakia like a vulture circling a rotten carcass. "I believe he was the victor over a Lion twice his size... if not a little bigger... but, when the glory got to his head, he realized that he was too weak for the Outlands and fled to here... the home of weakness, 'perfection' and 'freedom'." she snarled at the words that rolled from her tongue, stopping behind them both for effect.
"Th home of killers, pompous headed kittens and worried little birdies called Zazu... who are actually quite tasty." she sneered at the end of her breath carrying the sounds of her chords and padded a few meters away to gaze around. Her eyes peered from the corners of their sockets toward the two Pride Landers with their bright fur and large territory.

Hearing the story of Shakia's past shocked Misa. She didn't understand
"fled to here... the home of weakness..." "The home of weakness?" She echoed crossly. Misa looked from Shakia to Vitani and back again, not sure of what to say, she didn't think she was weak and she was as sure as hell Shakia wasn't weak (or at least he didn't look it.)

Shakia grinned at Misa as he was pleased she hadn't looked down on him. He growled at Vitani again before standing up. "The home of the weak?" he said as he began to circle Vitani, "I'd say the weaker ones were the outlanders. Desperate for food, brainwashed and envious of the pridelands. All you know to do is to hunt and kill, lions here now how to like each other and how to gain respect; something you'll never have." He sat down again after his speech next to Misa, still growling at Vitani.

Vitani totally ignored what the others said, knowing that the auras about them was a little awkward. Awkwardness was very interesting when mixed with tense emotions and fighting atmospheres.
"Well, noses in the air and peering down your nose at us is not strength." she muttered loud enough for them to hear. She smirked teasingly and stood to stretch and flex her claws into the ground.
Her curved back arched toward the sky and the fur upon it bristled and tickled the tough skin about her shoulder blades clearly visible over her back bone and jaws. Her tail swatted flies and insects that buzzed irritatingly about their heads.

Misa narrowed her eyes, she wasn't sure if she wanted to get involved with the argument between the two of them as it wasn't really her place. Instead, she decided to sit back for a bit until she couldn't hold back anymore or until they said something to really annoy her. "The 'Home of weakness'" She thought, "What kind of insult is that?" A smile was forming on her lips.
Misa's thoughts changed suddenly and she bit her lip with frustration as she repeated what Vitani had said about Skakia's past in her mind.
